Turnaround times are the grading company's estimates and can change after you submit. PSA levels use the times on PSA's site in October 2026.

How turnaround is counted

Grading companies quote turnaround in business days, starting when your cards arrive at their facility, not when you ship them. Weekends and holidays don't count, so 20 business days is about four calendar weeks. The tracker skips weekends and US federal holidays when it works out each window.

Questions

Why is my submission past its estimate?

Volume spikes, cards that need extra research and upcharges to a higher level can all add time. Check the order status on the grading company's site; if it hasn't moved for a while, contact them with your order number.

Does the tracker check my order status?

No. It estimates the window from the dates you enter and saves everything in this browser. For live status, use the grading company's order page.

Which date should I enter?

The date the company received your package, which you can see in the carrier's tracking or on your order page. Using the ship date makes the estimate a few days early.
